Instead of purchasing a mix and adding water, our fudge is handmade and slow-cooked with fresh ingredients, real cream and no preservatives. One taste and you will understand why we insist on continuing to make it the "slow" way.
This fudge was so soft it could only be eaten with a spoon. Really not what I expected. Beverly - Our fudge is very fresh and as a result it is not as firm as the fudge you might buy in a grocery store. It shouldn't be so soft that you need a spoon though.
