Step inside a real working chocolate factory where guests can watch the chocolate-making process unfold on the factory floor. This guided tour takes you behind the scenes of a 30,000 square foot facility where chocolate makers craft candies, bonbons, and confections in small batches using time-tested methods. Chocolate Factory Tour Info

Factory tours are available by appointment only. Tours are offered Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., as well as select Saturdays. Each tour lasts approximately 45 minutes.

The cost is $5 per person and includes a $4 voucher redeemable toward chocolate purchases at the end of your tour. Vouchers expire the same day as the tour and may only be used at the North Salt Lake Factory.

This is a great opportunity for both children and adults to learn how chocolates are made. Tour admission also includes chocolate and ice cream samples. Please note that portions of the tour are not handicap accessible, but the tour videos can be viewed by all guests.

Factory production varies throughout the day. Monday through Thursday tours offer the best chance to see production in action. Depending on the season and demand, production may be limited or paused on Fridays and Saturdays.
