We have adjusted our shipping rates due to inflated shipping prices. Please realize that even with this increase, you are still not covering the full shipping cost, including ice and Styrofoam when needed. We subsidize almost every shipment from $5 to $15 in addition to what we are charging you. We are offering FREE shipping for each delivery over $99 (in product). Please note that shipping is calculated for each address product is being sent to; therefore, if multiple addresses are used on one order, each address will have separate shipping costs.
TO SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES, ADD ALL ITEMS TO YOUR CART FIRST, THEN LOG IN OR CREATE AN ACCOUNT. OPEN THE CART AND PROCEED TO CHECK OUT. IN STEP 2, SHIPPING, YOU CAN ADD MULTIPLE ADDRESSES AND SELECT THE PRODUCTS BEING SHIPPED TO EACH ADDRESS. These shipping rates are not valid with other promotions or discounts. Additional fees may be added for warmer weather or orders below $20.
We are happy to ship your chocolates to almost any address, however, there may be restrictions in certain areas on some of our items, and several of our products won’t be able to leave the country.
With the high volume of orders, shipments are taking 1-3 days to process. We ship using FedEx, USPS and UPS. ****With Covid-19 and labor shortages, shipment transit times have been taking longer then expected and some have had long delays.****
Since many of our orders are for holidays, anniversaries, birthdays, etc., we know the timing of your delivery is important. At checkout, you can choose your arrival date to be on or before the date you select. We will estimate your shipping delivery date and ship it early enough to arrive when requested.
No-melt promise - We use Styrofoam and ice when needed to make sure your order arrives in good condition. In the unlikely event that it doesn't arrive in good condition, please contact us and we will make it right for you.
Many of our items’ shipping costs are based on their weight, which can be found on its individual product page. In order to anticipate the policies of our shipping providers, all weights are rounded to the next full pound.
Returns
At Mrs. Cavanaugh’s Candies, our goal is always your complete satisfaction! That means if you aren’t happy, then neither are we.
Because of this, you can return almost any unopened items you have ordered within 5 days and you’ll receive a full refund—we’ll even pay the shipping costs if it is our error. Our products are perishable, once opened they cannot be returned for a refund.
It takes about 2 to 3 business days for your return to reach us, 1 to 2 business days for us to process your return, and about 1 to 3 days for your bank to process the refund. This means that it can take up to a week to receive your refund.
If you would like to return your items for a full refund, contact us first with the order number and any details about the product. Our quick response will contain instructions for how to return your items.
