Returns & Refunds
The confections we sell are perishable. Products that are opened cannot be returned for a refund if the order was sent correctly and not damaged. Our chocolates are made fresh in small batches. We coat our confections with a thicker coat of chocolate unlike most chocolate companies' thin chocolate coating. Chocolate is the most expensive ingredient. At Mrs. Cavanaugh’s Candies, our goal is always your complete satisfaction. Not every one has the same taste buds and may not like what is received. Share them with friends or family.
Please check your order email carefully after you place your order and when received before opening. If you feel that any item you received is wrong or damaged please do not discard any product or packaging and contact us immediately (if we sent the wrong item, we will correct it and may need you to return the product). We need you to take a picture of anything you want us to know about. You can reach us at 801-677-8888 or email email@example.com. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but with all the fraud we deal with everyday a photo is required to correct any mistakes or damage concerning your order.
It takes about 2 to 4 business days for your return to reach us, 1 to 2 business days for us to process your return, and about 1 to 3 days for your bank to process the refund. This means that it can take up to a week to receive your refund.
If you would like to return your items for a full refund, contact us first with the order number and any details about the product. Our quick response will contain instructions for how to return your items.
