Mrs. Cavanaugh's famous Bridge Mix combines dark chocolate bridge mix, milk chocolate, and an assortment of chocolate-coated ingredients such as dry roasted almonds, sea salt caramel, double-dipped nuts, cherries, and apricots. There is so much flavor, that no one will feel left out.

Each bag of our 1-pound bridge mix comes with a variety of tastes. Our mix includes:

Bridge Mix Ingredients:

Milk chocolate (cane sugar, whole milk, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, sunflower lecithin, vanilla), dark
chocolate (cane sugar, cocoa mass [processed with alkali], cocoa butter, butter oil, sunflower lecithin, vanilla), cane
sugar, almonds, corn syrup, macadamias, pecans, cashews, walnuts, cherries, dried apricots (with sulfur dioxide),
tapioca syrup, cream (milk), palm kernel oil, tapioca dextrin, natural flavor, artificial colors
(yellow 5, blue 1), invertase, citric acid, sea salt, confectioner's glaze.

Caution: This product is made with natural cherries and may contain pits. Although we do our best to remove any pits prior to packaging some are occasionally missed. Please be careful when you eat our hand-made bridge mix.
