Many of our customers purchase for special occasions such as holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, etc. We often times get asked if the order will arrive by the special occasion. Although the best course of action is to order early, here is some info to help you determine if your order will arrive in time.
We try our best to ship out all orders the same day when they are placed by noon (M-F). You can choose our Flat-rate shipping or UPS shipping. With either option, please keep in mind that the day it ships does not count as a transit day, that Sundays are not counted as transit or delivery days, that Saturday is not counted as a transit or delivery day for UPS, and that these are general guidelines.
Our Flat-rate shipping option is sent via Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service (USPS), which ships to the lower 48 states in 1-3 business days. Although we have had great results with Priority Mail, please keep in mind that this is not a guaranteed service.
To determine whether your shipment should arrive by your desired date through our flat-rate shipping option, find your ship-to residence in the USPS Priority Mail map below to determine the transit time. Place your order by noon on the weekday prior to the number of weekdays required for transit.
You can also choose UPS overnight or 2-day, which are guaranteed services. Orders placed by noon (MST) should ship out the same day, orders placed after noon (MST) will generally ship out the next business day. Do not count the day the order is shipped as a transit day. Also, keep in mind that UPS does not count Saturdays or Sundays as transit or delivery days. You will see the charge for UPS shipping at checkout.
