dark choclolate seafoam
very dense texture. Seafoam should be light enough so that when you bite into it, it does not cruncn but gently parts as your teeth sinks in. This batch was too thin and chewy. Supposed to melt in your month, but sadly this order was not up to par. Mrs. Cavanaugh's response: You are correct, it is supposed to be crispy and melt in your mouth. If you received a box that doesn't match this description, please contact us and we will make it right with you. We take great pride in providing the best tasting, highest quality chocolates and back that up with the best customer service.

Great Candy
I grew up in Scotland with this candy, although we called it “puff candy”. Receiving this and eating brings back a rush of fond memories. However, I was disappointed that 3lbs of candy was stuffed into a 2lb box. The shipper had to break apart a substantial amount of my candy to fit it in. I buy in bulk because I get a little price discount (as with most everything you buy) but at a cost of nearly $70 for my order I am not sure I will buy this again. Such a shame that a good product is lessened by careless shipping technique. Mrs. Cavanugh's response: Thank you for the order and for your comments. My grandmother use to make cinder toffee. This is just like here cinder toffee but with the added bonus of chocolate!!! If you are familiar with cinder toffee, you will love this!!
