Penoche fudge is a brown sugar fudge. The Penoche flavor is a favorite in our chocolates and ice cream. Instead of purchasing a mix and adding water, our fudge is handmade and slow-cooked with fresh ingredients and no preservatives. The best fudge I've ever had!! Almost reminds me of maple candy but a caramel version. I'll definitely be trying the other flavors and getting a bigger quantity next time!!

This fudge is really different and delicious. in between a Carmel and butterscotch. I would get it again! However, im not crazy about the thin container it comes in.

this fudge was a gift for my friend who is a fudge fanatic.. but VERY choosy about what she likes. Her comment was " Mrs. Cavanaugh makes the best vanilla fudge I have ever had... it is even better than Fannie Farmers!" ( For an Iowan who was raised with Fannie Farmer candies... that is high praise indeed.) She is saving the Granny Chocolate fudge to eat during the Christmas Season(if she can).
This fudge is THE closest to my mother's recipe that I have ever tasted. It brought me back to my childhood and loving memories of my mom. I shared some with my daughter and watched her memories appear in her smile just like mine did. Thank you, thank you so much!!!
