Returns & Refunds
At Mrs. Cavanaugh’s Candies, our goal is your satisfaction! Not every one has the same taste buds and may not like what is received. Share them with friends or family.
Please double check your order before placing it and check the email that is sent to you after you place your order to make sure it is correct. If you find a mistake on your order please call ASAP at 801-677-8888 or email orders@mrscavanaughs.com and we will fix any mistakes on your order before it is shipped. Our products are perishable food items and cannot be returned. If we make the mistake or if your product is damaged we will reship or refund your order. Refunds will be issued the same day but can take up to 2 weeks to process.
In the event of a mistake or damaged chocolates, please email us a photo of the product or the end of the box on the side, of the white label. If the box has been opened, please send us a second photo of the product. Let us know in the email what the issue is and what your order number is.
