Turtles were Scrumptious
I loved my dark chocolate turtles and my friend loved his milk chocolate turtles. Lots of nuts and just enough caramel. The Perfect!! Only question was what was the white stuff lightly Sprinkled on top. Thought some sugar or confectionary sugar got on by mistake. Mrs. Cavanaugh's response: When we ship the chocolates they do not have the fine powder you are speaking of. Sometimes packages are abused in shipment by the carrier, causing small flakes of chocolate to break off and create the fine powder you are speaking of.
