We buy pitted maraschino cherries from our vendors and inspect each cherry for missed pits before coating it with chocolate. Please be careful when biting down, just in case any cherry pits are missed.
We use only premium Grade A maraschino cherries in our chocolate-covered Cherry Cordials. Each cordial cherry is inspected to meet our high standards. These are the best chocolate-covered cherries and the best cherry cordials you will ever taste.
Our delicious undipped maraschino cherry cordials contain the following ingredients: Maraschino Cherries, Water, Corn Syrup, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Malic Acid, Citric Acid, Natural and Artificial Flavor, Potassium Sorbate, and Sodium Benzoate as preservatives, FD&C Red #40, and Sulfur Dioxide.

Customize your gift box! Choose from smooth milk chocolate, dark chocolate-covered cherries, or both. You won't find a better option than Mrs. Cavanaugh's rich chocolate. Every chocolate-covered cherry is coated with our secret liquid recipe and then smothered in a rich coat of premium milk or dark chocolate. There are approximately 20–22 delicious cordials per pound (the product is sold by weight).
Our cordial cherry candies are the perfect gift! We sign each one with love—each one is hand-marked with a “C” on top.
Mrs. Cavanaugh's Cherry Cordial assorted box is available in milk chocolate, dark chocolate, or a mix of the two. During warmer months, we include a cold pack to preserve freshness and inhibit melting during shipping.

Shipping took 2 extra days and product was melted
I ordered cordial cherries on July 27 and expected delivery per order confirmation was July 31. Product arrived August 2 with a melted ice pack and melted cordials. Phoned customer service and was told a replacement shipment would be sent and delivered by August 5. Also was informed that I would get a confirmation email that would include tracking info. I have not received the confirmation or any shipping info so it looks like I will not be receiving a replacement order. Disappointed because I researched best cordial cherries and was impressed by the awesome reviews. Chose this place over a company I had used for previous orders specifically for cordial cherries. This was a gift and I just expected better delivery especially considering the price of shipping. Response: We are disappointed that we didn't meet your expectations. Unfortunately, we don't have control over the shipping companies once the package leaves our facility. Please contact us and we will make it right with you.

Unfortunately, I did not have the pleasure of trying one, but my father could not have raved more! Since I was a small child living in Chicago, we would go downtown to get my dad chocolate covered cherries at Marshall Fields for his birthday. Mrs. Cavanaugh's cherry cordials, per my dad, " were the best ever!" So thank you for bringing back sweet memories of my childhood. Happy Birthday to my dad who turned 86 this month.

Every Christmas our school bus driver would give an entire box of these candies to each kid. We thought it was awesome to receive such a wonderful treat. Over the years however it became more difficult to find the same taste and quality of candy I had vome to love --- that is until i found mrs. Cavanaugh"s candy . It's great stuff --rich and creamy - just like that Mr. Gentry gave us so many years ago

Great product, but the card was missing
My dad LOVED the cherry cordials - said they were the best he had ever tasted. And they arrived ahead of schedule which was great. However, these were a Fathers Day gift and they arrived without the card or my message which was disappointing.
