We buy pitted maraschino cherries from our vendors and inspect each cherry for missed pits before coating it with chocolate. Please be careful when biting down, just in case any cherry pits are missed.
We use only premium Grade A maraschino cherries in our chocolate-covered Cherry Cordials. Each cordial cherry is inspected to meet our high standards. These are the best chocolate-covered cherries and the best cherry cordials you will ever taste.
Our delicious undipped maraschino cherry cordials contain the following ingredients: Maraschino Cherries, Water, Corn Syrup, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Malic Acid, Citric Acid, Natural and Artificial Flavor, Potassium Sorbate, and Sodium Benzoate as preservatives, FD&C Red #40, and Sulfur Dioxide.

Every chocolate-covered cherry is coated with our secret liquid recipe and then smothered in a rich coat of premium milk or dark chocolate. There are approximately 20–22 delicious cordials per pound (the product is sold by weight).
Our cordial cherry candies are the perfect gift! We sign each one with love—each one is hand-marked with a “C” on top.
Mrs. Cavanaugh's Cherry Cordial assorted box is available in milk chocolate, dark chocolate, or a mix of the two. During warmer months, we include a cold pack to preserve freshness and inhibit melting during shipping.

Best Cherry Cordials Ever
When I worked in NYC, there was a candy store that made home made cherry cordials. After retiring, I thought I'd never find an equal to their's. Your's are even better and at a reasonable price.

Sent these to my mom for her birthday. She said she hadn't had chocolate covered cherries like these since she was a kid (and she's 81 now!) Big cherries, delicious liquid centers and great chocolate! I wish I could get a coupon so I could order some for myself!

Best I have ever had
I have to say these are the best cherry cordials I have ever had. I only eat dark cherry cordials chocolate as the cordial is most of the time sugary, showing white sugar, thick and very sweet. This liquid was not at all, delicious, slightly tangy which I love. They are covered with thick delicious, great dark chocolate and the cherries are huge. So great I have to limit myself or I will eat too many at once. I will order 3 boxes.now. This was my first order with Mrs. Cavanaugh's and I ordered a pound of select 8 of my choice dark chocolates from a large variety to choose.

Mixed cordial was 70% milk 30% dark. Wife was not happy with split.
I ordered a mix, expecting 50 % milk 50 % dark but sent 75% milk and 25% milk. Chocolates were good, but wife preferred dark and disappointed. Mrs. Cavanaugh's response - Thank you for the review. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. On average, customers that choose "mixed" generally like 65% milk and 35% dark; therefore, we pack the boxes that way. To clear up confusion, we have added this information to the option selection. In the future, please use our custom create-a-box section to get the exact mix you like. Cherry cordials
These cordials would have been excellent, except I found a pit in one of them. That is the only thing standing in the way of a 5 star rating. Every thing else about them are perfect. Great flavor
Most of the cherries were very moist and flavorful. The ones that had been cracked still had the flavor but was a bit dry. Very sweet but very tasty. Thanks for having such a great product.
