The chocolates as usual were excellent but the service was subpar.
I ordered two boxes of chocolate on April 10th (123556 & 123558) as gifts for pickup in Bountiful, Utah. One box was ready on the 12th and two days later the second order was still not ready. I called and spoke with Amy at the West Salt Lake store, and she then contacted Lynn at the Bountiful store. I was assured that the second order would be prepared at that time and would be ready for pickup on the afternoon that I spoke with Amy. My niece went to the Bountiful store later that day to pick up both orders and the second box was not ready as promised. It was necessary for my niece to make a second trip to the store to pick up the remaining order. So, I am far less than satisfied with your customer service.

You can't eat just one
I bought this box for my dad. He likes a sweet or two after dinner; he's very good about not overindulging. Until he got this box. He blames me for his weight gain! But he loved every ounce.
