Instead of purchasing a mix and adding water, our fudge is handmade and slow-cooked with fresh ingredients and no preservatives. Very good fudge! It's creamy, and not too sweet. Nice dark chocolate, but I would love to taste even more cocoa. Only complaint, the variety with nuts needs considerably more pecans. Will, however, purchase again (happily)!
