We have adjusted our shipping rates due to inflated shipping prices. Please realize you are still not being charged for the full shipping cost, including ice and Styrofoam when needed. We subsidize almost every shipment from $3 to $15 in addition to what we are charging you. We are offering FREE shipping for each delivery over $99 (in product). Please note that shipping is calculated for each address product is being sent to; therefore, if multiple addresses are used on one order, each address will have separate shipping costs.
TO SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES, LOG IN OR CREATE AN ACCOUNT FIRST, THEN ADD ALL ITEMS TO YOUR CART. OPEN THE CART AND PROCEED TO CHECK OUT. IN STEP 2, SHIPPING, YOU CAN ADD MULTIPLE ADDRESSES AND SELECT THE PRODUCTS BEING SHIPPED TO EACH ADDRESS. These shipping rates are not valid with other promotions or discounts. Additional fees may be added for warmer weather or orders below $20.
We are happy to ship your chocolates to almost any address, however, there may be restrictions in certain areas on some of our items, and several of our products won’t be able to leave the country.
With the high volume of orders, most shipments ship the same day and some take 2-3 days to process. We ship using FedEx, USPS and UPS.
Since many of our orders are for holidays, anniversaries, birthdays, etc., we know the timing of your delivery is important. At checkout, you can choose your arrival date to be on or before the date you select. We will estimate your shipping delivery date and ship it early enough to arrive when requested.
No-melt promise - We use Styrofoam and ice when needed to make sure your order arrives in good condition. In the unlikely event that it doesn't arrive in good condition, please contact us and we will make it right for you.
Many of our items’ shipping costs are based on their weight, which can be found on its individual product page. In order to anticipate the policies of our shipping providers, all weights are rounded to the next full pound.
Returns
At Mrs. Cavanaugh’s Candies, our goal is your satisfaction! Not every one has the same taste buds and may not like what is received. Share them with friends or family.
Please double check your order before placing it and check the email that is sent to you after you place your order to make sure it is correct. If you find a mistake on your order please call ASAP at 801-677-8888 or email orders@mrscavanaughs.com and we will fix any mistakes on your order before it is shipped. Our products are perishable food items and can not be returned. If we make the mistake or if your product is damaged we will reship or refund your order. Refunds will be issued the same day but can take up to 2 weeks to process.
In the event of a mistake or damaged chocolates, please email us a photo of the product or the end of the box on the side, of the white label. If the box has been opened, please send us a second photo of the product. Let us know in the email what the issue is and what your order number is.
