On a scale from 1 to 5, I rate my experience and the product a 10. Their sugarless chocolates are, in my opinion, the best-est. The only thing I would rate even above their excellent chocolates is their incredibly accommodating customer service! I had included a plea for a tweak to the standard sugarless selections and they most graciously provided the very whiney detailed request I made - and I am very very very grateful! Yup - a "10" is the appropriate rating...
