Shipping
We Thave lowered our shipping rates to a flat-rate of $6 for most orders over $20.00 (Alaska, Hawaii and the warmer states are priced separately - see checkout for details) All other states are FREE shipping for each delivery over $80 (in product). Please note that shipping is calculated for each address product is being sent; therefore, if multiple addresses are used on one order, each address must have $80 in product to receive free shipping. TO SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES ADD ALL ITEMS TO YOUR CART FIRST, THEN LOG IN OR CREATE AN ACCOUNT. OPEN CART AND PROCEED TO CHECK OUT. IN STEP 2, SHIPPING, YOU CAN ADD MULTIPLE ADDRESSES AND SELECT THE PRODUCTS BEING SHIPPED TO EACH ADDRESS. These shipping rates are not valid with other promotions or discounts. Additional fees may be added for warmer weather or orders below $20.
We are happy to ship your chocolates to almost any address, however, there may be restrictions in certain areas on some of our items, and several of our products won’t be able to leave the country.
We do our best to ship out your order the same day we receive it as long as we receive it by noon mountain time (M-F). We use both USPS and UPS. Our carrier of choice is USPS, especially in the summer (as we ship the candies on ice), which means your package will arrive in 1 to 3 days.
Since many of our orders are for holidays, anniversaries, birthdays, etc., we know the timing of your delivery is important. Please click here to find out more information.
No-melt promise - We use special packaging and ice when needed to make sure your order arrives in good condition. In the unlikely event that it doesn't arrive in good condition, please contact us and we will make it right with you.
At checkout, you can choose your own shipping options and provider. Based on this information and the availability of the products you requested, we will estimate your shipping costs and delivery date.
Many of our items’ shipping costs are based on their weight, which can be found on its individual product page. In order to anticipate the policies of our shipping providers, all weights are rounded to the next full pound.
Returns
At Mrs. Cavanaugh’s Candies, our goal is always your complete satisfaction, which means if you aren’t happy, then neither are we.
Because of this, you can return almost any items you have ordered within 15 days and you’ll receive a full refund—we’ll even pay the shipping costs if it is our error.
It takes about 2 to 3 business days for your return to reach us, 1 to 2 business days for us to process your return, and about 1 to 3 days for your bank to process the refund. This means that it can take up to a week to receive your refund.
If you would like to return your items for a full refund, contact us first with the order number and any details about the product. Our quick response will contain instructions for how to return your items.
